Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with the GYC Hub support team, the resident verification process, or a service provider required to complete a confirmed request.

Retention

Submission records and verification details are stored only as long as required for operational, support, or community safety purposes. Records may be archived or expired according to the platform policy.

Security

We apply server-side safeguards, rate limiting, and restricted file access for locally stored records. However, no digital system is completely risk-free, and users should not share OTPs, passwords, or payment credentials with anyone through the platform.
